For your application to be processed, ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ requires a non-refundable $20 application fee. This fee can be paid online after you apply, through your E-Services account, or by sending the payment directly to:

Contact your high school to learn how to request an official copy of your high school transcript and have it sent to the admissions office. You will need to send a transcript at the time of application and an official final copy after graduation.ÌýÌý

If you have attended college previously or have college credit classes while in high school, you will need to request an official college transcript be sent to us. Contact the college that you attended or received credits from to find out their process for getting this transcript to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.ÌýIf you have taken college credits from another Minnesota State institution, the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ admissions team will access those transcripts for you. If you have earned credits through Advanced Placement, CLEP, or International Baccalaureate, please request official transcripts be sent. Veterans with military training should request a Joint Service Transcript to be sent to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.

Immunization Records
Applicants must supply documentation (month and year) of immunization against mumps, measles, rubella, and tetanus. This requirement is waived if you graduated from a Minnesota High School in 1997 or later. Click for the Immunization Form.

While you are completing the application process, there are additional  steps that students may choose to complete:
- Apply for Financial Aid
- Students can fill out and complete their financial aid through the . This can be done anytime after October 1.
- Apply for Scholarships
- All students are encouraged to apply for scholarships from the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Campus Foundations. Click here for Scholarship information.
- Apply for Housing
- Students can apply for on campus housing.
- Students must complete the online housing application and pay the deposit to secure housing at their selected campus. Housing is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Apply for TRIO
- Students are encouraged to become a member of TRIO Student Support Services to aid in their transition to college and in their successful completion of their academic goals.

- College Orientation and Registration Sessions are designed for students to complete their pre-college process and become a ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Student.
- During an Orientation and Registration session, students will be appropriately placed in courses, get registered for classes at the campus of their choice, have an opportunity to tour the campus, meet with faculty, and learn about ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.
